Wheatland County Emergency Management/DES will be at the Harlowton Public Library September 9th from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 5PM-6PM. Cody will be there to answer any Emergency Management questions you may have and assist you in getting signed up for CodeRed, the new emergency alerting system.
